In-House Disbursing

Disbursing made faster, easier and more transparent than ever before

At FasterFunds Lending, we’re always working to improve the borrower experience – making things simpler & faster any way possible. We have added in house disbursing to give our borrowers greater control of the draw process and speed up the time from when a draw is submitted to when checks are cut.

Benefits of In-House Disbursing

  • No 3rd Party Inspectors: With our in-house disbursing program, you’ll download an app called Sitewire (if you haven’t done in house disbursing already), log on, see your properties and be able to take pictures and videos of that property though the app any time you’re ready to take a draw.
  • Less Paperwork: No need to worry about material receipts, combing through Lowes and Home Depot trying to piece things together. Instead, lien waivers and invoices are only needed when $10,000 or more in work is done. If you want us to pay a contractor directly, a W9 is needed. That is it!
  • Fast Turn Around: With the borrower controlling the process, once you have all the pictures/ videos submitted and any necessary paperwork sent in, our review process is 1-2 days and checks are cut right after the draw is approved. Our goal is to get draws approved and payments made within 3 business days or less of a draw submission.
  • Full Transparency: Throughout the process, the borrower can see where they’re at in the draw process, what’s been approved/ denied, how much money they have left in each category and what’s been used.
  • Team Dedicated to Help: We have 2 dedicated team members to help throughout the entire process. Scott contacts borrowers once a new loan is funded with in house disbursing funds to confirm the budget and plan and is the project manager reviewing each draw/ looking at work that’s been completed. Liz ensures we have any necessary paperwork and gets checks cut. Both team members are in our office and are involved in the real estate investor community. They’re happy to help in any way they can.

3 Simple Steps to Take a Draw

Accept your email invite to download the Sitewire app (if you haven’t already done an in-house disbursing draw. If you’ve already done a loan with us, you get to skip this step!)

Open Sitewire to start the draw process, enter dollar amounts for each category you want to take a draw from and take the required videos and pictures to show the progress.

Submit the draw request and upload any required W9s (only needed if we’re paying your contractor directly), lien waivers and invoices (these are just required for any contractor you’re paying more than $10,000)

Once all paperwork is received, our team will review your submitted items, reach out if we have questions and once all paperwork items are in, we review, approve and cut checks within 1-3 business days.
