With our in-house disbursing program, you'll use the Sitewire app to submit draw requests by taking required photos and videos directly through the app No outside inspections needed.
Less Paperwork
No need to track material receipts or sort through store purchases. Save your paid invoices and lien waivers for all labor. We will let you know what documents will be required for a draw.
Fast Turnaround
Once your draw request, photos, and any required documents are submitted, reviews are typically completed within 3 business days.
Dedicated Support
Our in-house team is here to help every step of the way. Scott manages budgets and draw reviews, while Liz handles documentation and payment processing. Both are available to answer questions and support your project.
Full Transparency
Track your draw status in real time, including approved and denied items, remaining budget, and funds already disbursed.
3 Simple Steps to Take a Draw
ACCEPT INVITE
Accept your email invite to download the Sitewire app (if you haven’t already done an in house disbursing draw. If you’ve already done a loan with us, you get to skip this step!)
OPEN SITEWIRE
Open Sitewire to start the draw process, enter dollar amounts for each category you want to take a draw from and take the required videos and pictures to show the progress.
SUBMIT DRAW
Submit the draw request. Our team will review the request and let you know if any documentation may be required.
