FasterFunds Lending is a branch of FasterHouse. FasterHouse is a local real estate investment firm in St. Louis that has been in business since 2002.
FasterFunds Lending was started in 2015 to provide local landlords and rehabbers the money for commercial deals. We understand the need to be flexible. We can close on deals quickly and know that not every borrower is going to have a perfect credit score.
As investors, we understand the rehab process and how difficult it can sometimes be to find a good deal. Due to the overlap between our flipping and lending business, we are able to feed good rehab and landlord properties to our borrowers, answer questions and assist with issues that come up.
We view our company as a partnership between us and our borrowers. We are here to help answer questions, provide the funds to make deals happen and celebrate their success when a house is sold or refinanced with a long term lender.
